  18. 2 inch cinemon optional
  19. 1-2 green chilli slit
  20. as required Drinking water
  21. as per taste salt
  22. 1/2 tsp garam masala powder
  23. 11/2 tsp dry Coriander powder
  24. 1/4 tsp red chilli powder
  25. as per required some chopped green coriander

Instructions to make to make Chicken Korma

  1. For Merinate -
    To mixing bowl add chicken 3 spoon yogurt ginger garlic paste salt turmericpowder red chilli powder garam masala powder mix all cover and set aside till needed.
  2. Make Paste -
    Heat pan add 11/2 tabspoon oil Cardemom sliced onions fry until golden brown add cashunuts add almonds
  3. Cool these completely. Then add onions and nuts to blender for along with yogurt blend these to smooth puree. Keep aside.
  4. For Korma -
    To same pan heat 1 tabspoon oil saute whole spices green chillies marinate chicken ginger garlic onion puree 1/2 cup water salt dry Coriander powder garam masala powder
  5. Cover and cook to tender spread some chopped green coriander leaves.
  6. Serve hot with steam rice jeera rice roti or paratha.
